Mademoiselle Privé: Chanel Exhibition

On Wednesday, my collagues at MATCHESFASHION.com and I went to the Saathci Gallery to see the Chanel exhibition. Even though the queing at one point became quite tedious, it was an extremely enjoyable night. It was a heritage-filled journey, showing the origins of Mademoiselle Chanel's creations, all the way to celebrities who are the faces of the label from Lily Depp to Lily Collins.
There was a room filled with all the fabrics that Chanel had ever used, a mini cinema room that played a video of Karl Lagerfield conversing with Mademoiselle Chanel in a funny skit and a room that was a replica of her home. It was extraordinary.
