Yoga With Tara Stiles

I've always been a lover of all things gentle and serene - it's probably the reason why I love yoga so much. Even though some types of yoga can be intense depending on what body part you're targeting, I love yoga much more for the breathing and relaxation.

I'm not a cardio person...like AT all. I hate it and find exercise much more of a chore and find myself not wanting to do it. So I decided to start slow. I came across Tara Stiles about two years ago and have been doing her yoga videos ever since. I love being able to be calm first thing in the morning and yoga helps me to do that.
